


AIReS was the first relocation company in North America to achieve the ISO 9001 registration, which promotes continual improvement of our internal processes, client relations, and partner performance standards. All of our regional offices and service offerings have been approved for this registration and are audited annually to ensure continued compliance, which includes promptness and efficiency in all aspects of our service delivery.
All environmental initiatives at AIReS are guided by our ISO 14001 registration, whose stringent standards ensure all registered companies monitor and measure continued use of environmental resources. AIReS is currently in the process of obtaining the ISO 27001 registration, which governs all aspects of Information Security Management. We are adapting our system and processes to meet the current guidelines needed to test for and achieve this registration.
In addition to ongoing government compliance, AIReS is a voluntary member of the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT), a supply chain security program led by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. AIReS maintains this certification after developing and implementing security provisions for 29 separate areas of concerns and conducts internal audits every six months to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
AIReS is also a member of FIDI-FAIM and is SAS 70 certified. FIDI-FAIM is an independently audited program that examines quality service provision, communication, financial stability, insurance and claims, legal and licensing requirements, security, and environmental programs. SAS 70 is an audited program that enhances the accuracy of billing as well as the accuracy of taxable data that flows onto a transferee’s W-2s.
