Relocation Specialist

 

Job Description

 
  • This is a full-time/benefits eligible position with some overtime required during peak season
  • Position requires direct phone contact with transferring families, corporate clients, and domestic and international partners 
  • Ability to customize a specific relocation for each family while providing excellent customer service to ensure that we exceed their expectations
  •  Ability to document all communication and tasks in our proprietary software

    Program Manager

     

    Job Description

     
  • This is a full-time/benefits eligible position with some overtime required during peak season
  • Deliver real estate focused relocation services for our clients, including home sale/purchase, lease negotiation, and property/tenancy management
  • Resolve expense management issues/exceptions and explain relocation policy to the transferees
  • Occasional travel is required, including overnight stays

    Client Service Manager

     

    Job Description

     
  • This is a full-time/benefits eligible position with some overtime required during peak season
  • Oversee the business-to-business relationship with the client, with the goal of 100% client retention by exceeding client’s expectations
  • Transition new clients, including implementing the service agreement and pricing negotiations
  • Ensure that regularly-scheduled reports to clients are implemented and delivered
  • Coordinate client performance reviews with appropriate internal team members and management, as well as externally with the client
  • Provide clients with reports concerning relocation policy benchmarking, review of exceptions, and financial impacts/benefits of their relocation strategy
  • Encourage use of additional service options with clients and the added value to the client
  • Review operational internal performance relative to clients’ needs
  • Hold monthly team meetings to discuss our performance relative to the client expectations and policy
  • Develop and ensure effective operating processes in operational areas in order to maximize profitability
  • Operate as part of a team working toward accomplishment of shared goals
  • Qualifications

     
  • Successful candidate will be a seasoned relocation professional, with a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience with a relocation service provider
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related study and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
  • Prior professional experience with relationship-building
  • Prior experience assisting clients with solutions to relocation-related challenges and with introducing the client to new or unused services 
  • Must be able to gage client satisfaction through scheduled reviews, client visits and daily interaction
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills, including the ability to deliver presentations before large and small groups and respond to ad-hoc questions
  • Willing to travel for client visits 20 – 25% of the time, including overnight stays, and participate in the business development process as needed
  • Must have a pro-active and team-oriented approach to work, including the willingness to help others in similar or related roles as necessary

    Expense Management Account Coordinator

     

    Job Description

     
  • This is a full-time/benefits eligible position with some overtime required during peak season
  • Audit expenses reports versus client specific policy, code for taxability purposes
  • Enter data into software systems
  • Heavy use of EXCEL spreadsheets for billing reports
  • Ability to create specialized reporting through internal tools for clients
  • Oversee high-volume payment of vendor invoices utilizing Oracle
  • Resolve problem invoices
  • Process check requests, and pass taxable/reportable data through to client payroll systems
  • Highly visible position with emphasis on team orientated environment
  • Deadline driven processing while adhering to strict auditing standards
  •  

    Qualificiations

     
  • Experience in payroll
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Ability to audit expenses versus policy
  • Experience with year end processes within an accounting realm a plus
  • Experience with auditing or working with expense statements preferred
  • Must have knowledge of the payroll and taxation processes, basic accounting understanding required
  • Skill with Microsoft applications is required with a full understanding of EXCEL and the ability to learn other position-related software
  • Experience in mortgage closing, payroll or tax departments are a plus, as well as the ability to process work quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required
