Singapore Raises Qualifying Salaries May 27, 2011— Effective July 1, 2011, the Singapore Ministry of Manpower will be increasing the qualifying salaries for Employment Pass (EP) and S Pass holders to encourage companies to hire more qualified expatriates and balance the local talents available. Employers are now expected to hire foreigners under the following salary scheme:
