AIReS Welcomes Karen Sztencel

October 14, 2011 — AIReS, welcomes Karen Sztencel to the new position of Director of Customer Service. Before joining AIReS, Ms. Sztencel was the Vice President of Strategy and Finance at Vandover, a talent management firm very active in the relocation industry.  She formerly managed analytics and strategy at Prudential Relocation while serving as a member of the leadership team. Ms. Sztencel holds bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Lafayette College and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

In her position as Director of Customer Service, Ms. Sztencel will provide strategic oversight to AIReS' customer service excellence and client retention initiatives.  “I am leading efforts to support our service delivery managers’ and their teams’ ability to be successful, productive and fully engaged by enhancing resources and tools available to them,” she says.
