AIReS’ Assignment Management Services are delivered by trained AIReS counselors who service specific client relocations. This means your transferees will work exclusively with their AIReS counselor from the first initiation phone call through the completion of their assignment, regardless of length. The family’s AIReS counselor will coordinate all services in conjunction with other behind-the-scenes staff at AIReS, maintaining regular communication with the transferees about services and additional information as outlined by the corporate client.

Ongoing Assignment Support is provided throughout every assignment. Once the assignee is settled into their host location, the AIReS counselor will conduct periodic follow-up phone calls to ensure that their assignment is moving smoothly and that all needs are taken care of, as well as follow-up on ongoing services. This communication typically occurs once every three months, however we are flexible and will check in as required. The counselor will continue follow-up services until the assignee is approved for return back to their home location, during which the RS will manage repatriation services, if provided within the applicable policy.
